Single/Multi-Spindle screw machine shop specializes in
close-tolerance work including metric machining, and can furnish
engineering and design services. Production equipment includes machines
for both primary and secondary machining. the former includes facilities
for turning up to 3-1/2" on single & multi-spindle automatics. In the
single-spindle area are 9-Brown & Sharp and in the multi-spindle
21-Conomatics to provide the best possible deliveries. Secondary machining
consists of an array of milling, drilling, reaming and threading, interior
and exterior, up to 4 inches. They are also able to centerless grind,
thru-feed and end-feed. Before and after machining parts assistance is
available. Full bar length cuts, up to 6-inch diameter, can be done at the
start. After machining, heat treating , grinding, polishing, cleaning or
plating can be provided. |
